The 25,000sf Campbell Library was designed with a focus on connection to the Orchard Green, a vibrant adjacent outdoor civic plaza. The entry is framed by warm wood, drawing the public into a double height space. Immediately visible upon entry are tall windows on the opposite side of the library, allowing views through to the mature tree canopy of the Orchard Green plaza on the other side of the building. The exterior of the library is clad in dark grey metal panels, accented by warm wood and crystalline bay windows that reflect the foliage surrounding the building. The re-imagined Campbell Library brings energy and vibrancy to the civic heart of downtown Campbell.
